Here we are one week in and so far I’ve seen some good results. Lost weight, I’ve kept to my intermittent fasting, I made my step goal every day, and I did all my workouts.
This is big for me because far too often when I’ve tried to do workout programs I fall off quickly. “The morning counts, I can do it then.” “I can double up to catch up.” “I can work out on Sunday to make up for a missed day.” I’ve made all the excuses at one time or another.
For me to stay on target is a big show of discipline for me. This is only the first week out of twenty-six, but it is a good first step. One down, twenty-five to go.
