(Y/N): Yes Consecutive days made: 7   Workout(s) 1 set - 5/C/2   Comments   I can’t believe I got it all done today!   That is a major victory for me.   Story – done.   Workout – done.   Step goal – done.   And I got to watch the Royal Rumble!   Everything just fell into alignment for me.   I would say I’m just lucky, but it’s not that at all.   I was disciplined.   I knew what I had to do, and I did it.   No more and no less.   It feels good to be this accomplished.   It feels really good.

(Y/N): Yes Consecutive days made: 6   Workout(s) Energy!   Comments   Not much to say today.   I had a long talk with my boss about some things at work.      I think we’re reaching an agreement.   She wants to push me toward my goals and even though I don’t really agree with her methods at times, I can’t deny that it’s been helpful.   I have found reserves of energy and discipline that I did not think I had.     Tomorrow will be a stressful but hopefully enjoyable day.   I have to get a 2,500 word story done, I have to do my exercises, I have to get in my steps.   The best part about today will be the Royal Rumble.   I hope it’s better than I ...
