I almost didn’t make my step goal yesterday.  I got so deep in my own brain, I didn’t notice it was almost too late.  Fortunately, I managed to get it with 10 minutes to spare.  I really shouldn’t cut it so close.  On the plus side, I’m starting to feel better.  My shirts are fitting better, I feel like I can walk longer and faster, and it doesn’t wind me to go up a flight of stairs.
