Despite some personal demons affecting me last night, I still managed to pull through and made my step goal, did my workout, and continued my intermittent fasting.

 

I find I’m a stress eater.  When I’m stressed, I want the comfort of food.  But when I’m depressed, I can’t bring myself to eat at all.  Maybe opposite of what most people go through.  I don’t know.  I’ve never been normal.

 

I’m hoping I can beat back the demons again today to continue my progress forward.
